Job Responsbility :
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms — social media, email newsletters, brochure designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and support product launches and promotional initiatives.
Graphic & Print Design
- Design high‑impact visual content for print (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital (social graphics, web banners, infographics).
- Produce layouts using Adobe InDesign (print and e‑documents), ensuring accurate typography, bleeds, and production standards.
- Create branding assets (logos, brand guidelines, templates) that maintain visual consistency.
Collaboration & Production
- Work with copywriters, product, and sales teams to turn concepts into polished marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with vendors for print or digital production (advertisement placement, signage, etc.) while managing timelines and budgets.
Process & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and adhering to brand standards.
- Stay current with design and marketing trends, continuously improving processes and visual impact.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–7 years in a combined marketing + graphic design role, preferably in an agency or in‑house marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (compulsory); also expert in Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of print production processes (pre‑press, bleeds) and digital formats.
- Hands‑on experience creating marketing visuals: brochures, ads, social content, email graphics, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing print and digital campaign work, strong color theory, and typography skills
