Marketing & Fundraising Executive

Job Purpose:

To support the NGO’s mission by managing marketing and fundraising initiatives that build awareness, engage supporters, and generate resources for programs benefiting the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
• Approach individuals, corporates, and institutions for financial support.
• Write grant proposals, sponsorship requests, and funding applications for donors and sponsors.
• Organise fundraising events and campaigns (online and offline).

· Assist in planning and executing marketing and fundraising initiatives.

· Create engaging content to highlight the NGO’s work and impact.

· Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, partners, and donors.

· Support in organising fundraising events and donor drives.

· Maintain and update donor records (e.g., eTapestry) and communication logs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through regular communication, updates, and acknowledgements.

· Collaborate with the communications/PR team to share stories and showcase impact.

· Track and report fundraising progress against set targets.

Key Results Areas (KRA):

· Smooth organisation and execution of fundraising campaigns and marketing events.

· Timely and effective donor and sponsor communication.

· Growth in donor engagement, sponsorships, and overall visibility of the NGO.

· Accurate reporting and strong administrative support for fundraising activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Creativity and ability to manage social media and digital marketing.

· Organisational and event coordination skills.

· Ability to work with diverse stakeholders—sponsors, donors, and community members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
