Marketing Field Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, partners, and potential clients to promote our jewellery collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and clients.
• Conduct in-store promotions, branding activities, and assist with visual merchandising.
• Support event planning and participation in exhibitions, pop-up shows, and trade fairs.
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper display of promotional content.
• Gather market insights and competitor data from the field and report to the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the in-house marketing and sales teams to execute local campaigns.
• Identify new business leads and contribute to customer acquisition goals.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field (Freshers or up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and brand activations.
• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the jewellery industry.
• Own two-wheeler (preferred) and knowledge of local geography.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
