Role Overview

dynamic Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing

  : Create and execute campaigns to engage prospects, share wellness-focused content, and generate qualified leads.

• LinkedIn Outreach

  : Identify, connect, and nurture decision-makers (CHROs, CRE Heads, ESG Officers, Procurement Leaders).

• Cold Calling

  : Confidently pitch WellErgons products and solutions, schedule meetings, and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Virtual Demos

  : Deliver engaging online demonstrations of ergonomic products (desk bikes, active workstations, sustainable furniture) highlighting benefits linked to

  employee wellness, and Active workspaces.

• Lead Management

  : Track, follow-up, and update leads in CRM to ensure smooth handover to the sales team.

• Market Intelligence

  : Share insights from client interactions to improve marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Strong verbal and written

  communication skills

   (English proficiency required).
• Confident in presenting and engaging with senior decision-makers virtually.
• Prior experience in

  B2B outreach, inside sales, or marketing

   preferred.
• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing software

  .
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven – a

  go-getter attitude
