Job Description: Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Kochi Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers may also apply) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, sales, and profitability.

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.

• Act as the point of contact for internal, external, and partner sales teams.

• Track market trends and company sales performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional programs.

• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).

• Gather and report customer insights to support the sales team.

• Develop and execute marketing plans to build brand loyalty.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products.

• Communicate product/service value effectively to customers and identify opportunities for upselling.

• Contribute to accurate sales forecasting by understanding market demand.

• Conduct market research to support field marketing campaigns.

• Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good presentation skills.

• A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
