Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our medical courses, increase student enrollments, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential students and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content for promotional materials, brochures, website, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, hospitals, and medical professionals.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive enrollments and achieve business objectives.
• Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in NEET / JEE marketing, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing approaches.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for events and promotional activities.
