About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that promote our company’s products/services, build brand awareness, engage our target audience and drive growth. You will work across multiple channels (digital + offline), collaborate with various teams (sales, product, design) and analyse performance to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals. Careers360+3Breezy HR+3Indeed+3
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behaviours and opportunities. Apna
  • Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels: social media, email, digital advertising, events, print media. Talentport
  • Create, coordinate and review marketing collateral, content (copy, visuals, video) for online and offline platforms. Nelson Careers+1
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion) and make data-driven recommendations. Velents+1
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies/vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Talentport

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Breezy HR+1
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience (for mid-level) or 0-2 years for entry level. (Adjust based on your requirement)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Indeed
