Billing & Payments o Coordinate with the billing team for invoicing post successful testing and GoLive. o Ensure invoicing is processed as per agreed terms: Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Generally, payment is received in advance; in rare cases, it may be in arrears depending on client policy. • Business Development Scope o Responsible to generate business from any part of Mangalore, Mysore, Bangalore.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of Telecom / ICT services (preferred) • Ability to capture precise client requirements • Basic knowledge of Google Maps for capturing coordinates • Confidence to meet CXOs, IT Heads, and decision makers
