Job Description

As a Technical Content Writer at WalkingTrees, your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our services, solutions, and target audience to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content. You will be tasked with translating complex technical concepts into simple, accessible narratives for various audiences and producing high-quality content across multiple formats such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, website content, email campaigns, and video scripts. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) is a crucial aspect of your role to ensure well-researched and technically accurate content. You will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms and developing sales collaterals like presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks to support the sales team. In addition to content creation, you will contribute to demand generation campaigns by crafting compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions. Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence will be essential in identifying content opportunities that align with audience needs and business goals. Utilizing SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and rankings, as well as optimizing content based on performance analytics and user engagement metrics, will be part of your regular tasks. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for continuous improvement will also be expected. Furthermore, you will be responsible for proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS industries. A proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in various content formats and a strong understanding of IT services are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in SEO and content optimization strategies, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines are also required. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, and AI-powered writing assistants is expected. Experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools would be advantageous for this role.,
