🚀 Job Opening: Business Development Executive / Manager (Software Services) About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executives/Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in bringing software development projects, creating technical documentation, and handling domestic as well as international clients. If you're skilled in lead generation, client handling, and team management, we’d love to meet you! 📍 Location: Nagpur 🖥️ Work Type: Full-time | Onsite | Office-based Key Responsibilities: * Identify and generate qualified leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Rockerstop, JustDial, IndiaMART, etc. * Handle end-to-end client communication — from initial pitch to project closure. * Prepare NDAs, proposals, project scope documents, and basic technical documentation as required. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships with domestic and international clients. * Manage a team of junior BDEs or interns and monitor their leads, performance, and conversions. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment on client requirements and delivery expectations. * Work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets for project closures. Required Skills & Experience: * Minimum 1–3 years of experience for BDE / 3–5+ years for BDM in IT services / software development sales. * Hands-on experience in working on online bidding platforms and client portals. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. * Ability to prepare professional documents like NDAs, technical proposals, and project flow diagrams. * Team management and leadership capabilities. * Must have own laptop and a stable internet connection. * Ability to join immediately.
