Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the schools brand and increase student admissions.
• • Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
• • Engage in school outreach activities, including tie-ups with coaching centers, preschools, and local influencers.
• • Plan and execute events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs.
• • Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
• • Create and manage content for brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and the website.
• • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
• • Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • 3–4 years of proven experience in school or education sector marketing.
• • Strong understanding of local education market dynamics in Agra.
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred:

• • Experience in school branding or working with K-12 institutions.
• • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Compensation:
