Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Technical Marketing & Sales Support

• Understand company products, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications
  
• Prepare technical presentations, product datasheets, brochures, and case studies
  
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations, proposals, and technical clarifications
  
• Assist in responding to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders
  

Market & Customer Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer requirements
  
• Identify new market opportunities and applications for existing products
  
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with engineering and product teams
  

Product & Brand Promotion

• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
  
• Support exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams on website content, SEO, and technical blogs
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, production, quality, and R&D teams
  
• Communicate customer requirements to internal teams for product improvement
  
• Ensure marketing messages align with actual product capabilities
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain updated product documentation and marketing materials
  
• Prepare sales reports, market research summaries, and performance analysis
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing or related field)
  
• Additional qualification or certification in Marketing is a plus
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing products and processes
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  
• Market research and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools are a plus
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales
