Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site / Hybrid role for a Marketing Executive based in Kolkata. The Marketing Executive will oversee market planning, conduct market research, execute sales strategies, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, implementing promotional campaigns, building customer relationships, and assisting with sales strategies to meet organizational goals. The role requires creative thinking, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market planning and market research to develop and execute effective strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in sales and marketing to drive revenue and promote services
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to create targeted campaigns
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, SEO, Campaign Management, and Marketing Tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an added advantage
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work on-site / Hybrid at the Kolkata office and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
