Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executives to promote and expand our AAC Blocks product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers (builders, contractors, architects, developers), generating leads, building relationships, and increasing market share in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote AAC blocks to builders, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
  • Develop a strong distribution network and appoint new dealers/distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to clients and consultants.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies in the assigned area.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into orders and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment, dispatches, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales and market reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 1–4 years in building materials or construction products marketing/sales. Experience in AAC blocks or similar products (cement, bricks, concrete, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of leads generated per month
  • Conversion rate of leads to orders
  • New dealer/channel partner onboarding
  • Monthly sales targets achieved
  • Market feedback and client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
