Marketing Executive

About the Company:

Poliarc Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company offering services in Social Media Management, Customized Software Development, Website Designing, and IT Communication. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Team to join our team and scale our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT services like website development, software solutions, and digital media.
• Identify and approach potential clients (corporate & individual) through field visits, calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Visit clients for presentations and meetings to pitch services and close deals.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the design and development team to align client requirements with deliverables.
• Represent the company in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
• Maintain and update daily sales reports, CRM, and marketing databases.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT or software company.

• Strong knowledge of IT products and digital services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident in client handling
• Lead generation and client acquisition
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player
• Time management and organizational skills
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license
