Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage content calendars and campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Performance Analysis:
Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Data Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI to stakeholders.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and digital assets to improve effectiveness.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling digital content.
Budget Management:
Manage and report on the budgets for digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Experience leading successful campaigns in SEO/SEM, email, social media platforms, and/or display advertising.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
Track record in building and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
Experience with tools/platforms such as Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
