Marketing Executive

Position :Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to execute and oversee regional marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare/diagnostics market and proven experience in driving customer engagement and brand visibility.

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote Neuberg Diagnostics services.
• Identify and engage with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to generate business.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Organize and participate in medical camps, events, and promotional activities.
• Gather market insights, analyze competitor activities, and report findings.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Ensure brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in both ATL and BTL marketing is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
