Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market service packages, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and repair services to new and existing customers.
Conduct regular field visits to customer sites, dealers, and service partners to generate leads and increase service awareness.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Organize service camps, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely execution of services and maintain customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the service segment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly service marketing targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing / Business / Engineering or related field.
13 years of experience in service marketing or field sales (preferably in automotive, appliances, or electronics service).
Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
