Job Description

Kothari Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in strategic marketing and digital marketing, with hands-on experience in executing effective campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Manage and optimize WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook etc.). Create content calendars, promotional campaigns, and festive offers to increase brand visibility. Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, and brand collateral. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Explore new marketing channels and opportunities and stay updated with digital trends. Assist in organizing in-store events, exhibitions, and collaborations to enhance footfall. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, PPC, social media ads, email marketing, whatsapp marketing etc.) Completion of a certified course in Digital Marketing is a plus. 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp campaigns, and email platforms. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Creative, organized, and result-oriented approach.
