Job Description

Job Summary:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and develop
marketing collaterals
such as brochures, packaging labels, flyers, posters, standees, and banners using
CorelDRAW
and other design tools.
Coordinate with printing vendors for timely production and quality control of marketing materials.
Assist in the planning and execution of
B2B and B2C promotional campaigns
, trade events, and exhibitions.
Support
retail branding
activities including in-store display setup, signage, and visual merchandising.
Maintain a database of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with the sales team for marketing support materials and regional promotional requirements.
Conduct periodic market visits to understand competitor branding and market trends.
Assist in product launches, promotional activities, and local advertising initiatives (e.g., hoardings, newspaper ads, POSM).

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in CorelDRAW
(mandatory)
Knowledge of
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
(preferred)
Strong sense of visual design, color, and layout
Good understanding of
printing processes, materials, and branding applications
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Creativity with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing / Fine Arts / Visual Communication / Mass Media
or related field
Freshers – 2 years of experience
in traditional/offline marketing or graphic design
Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries preferred
