  • Content Planning:

    Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Brand Storytelling:

    Support in crafting meaningful messages and creative narratives that make fintech human and relatable.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns focused on engagement, product awareness, and lead generation.
  • Creative Collaboration:

    Work closely with designers and videographers to brief and deliver high-quality reels, graphics, and stories that reflect Paramotors brand voice.
  • Performance Marketing Support:

    Partner with the marketing team to execute growth initiatives and optimize content for reach, views, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share actionable insights to refine future content strategies.
  • Community Management:

    Respond to comments and DMs, foster meaningful interactions, and nurture a strong fintech community across platforms.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content and campaign direction.
