Marketing Executive (Kolhapur Region )

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to promote hospital services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical practitioners.
• Organize and participate in health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and service catalogues.
• Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends and developments.
• Maintain a database of contacts and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track leads, conversions, and referral feedback to improve service and outreach.
• Coordinate with the hospital team to ensure excellent service delivery to referred patients.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, targets, and achievements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
