Marketing Executive

Role Summary:

Were looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to support day-to-day marketing operations at Indofast. From running campaigns and creating content to executing events and driving leads, you will play a key role in accelerating awareness, demand, and growth for Indias emerging EV battery swapping network.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google, influencer promotions)
• Coordinate offline activities like demo days, RWA activations, and promotional events
• Track performance and update internal dashboards

Content & Creatives

• Work with the creative team/agencies to create social media content, reels, posters, etc.
• Draft engaging copies for social posts, emails, and WhatsApp promotions
• Manage social media scheduling and basic community responses

Lead Generation & CRM

• Monitor and qualify leads from Meta and offline campaigns
• Coordinate with franchise/business development teams for lead follow-up
• Maintain CRM or lead trackers

Vendor & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with printing vendors, influencers, agency partners, etc.
• Coordinate with the operations/network team for on-ground marketing needs
• Support franchise onboarding kits, in-store branding, and event collaterals

Must-Have Skills:

• 13 years of relevant marketing experience (internships included)
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Hands-on with Excel, Canva/basic design tools, and Google Workspace
• Willingness to travel within India for activations/events

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in startups, EV, or FMCG sectors
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
• Basic video editing or reel-making skills
