Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts in the E-Waste management sector. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales growth through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and a passion for sustainability and responsible electronic waste disposal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Target key industries such as IT, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors.
• Use inbound and outbound marketing techniques to fill the sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification and conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or environmental services
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Interest or background in sustainability, recycling, or environmental compliance is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
