Job Responsibilities:

• Fieldwork and Client Interaction:
• Engage with potential clients, businesses, and consumers through in-person meetings, surveys, and promotions.Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to help in decision-making and strategic planning.

• Brand Promotion:

Represent Getellaam and its products/services to the public. Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns, events, and sales drives.Identify and follow up on potential leads for sales opportunities. Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion.Track, analyze, and report sales progress, customer feedback, and market data to the senior marketing team. Assist in refining marketing strategies based on feedback and data.Work closely with other teams, including digital marketing, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or fieldwork (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative in both field and office tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local market (Kochi, Ernakulam) is an advantage
• Willing to work in field-based roles with travel requirements
