Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Meeting Scheduling:

  • Identify and contact builders in Pune and Mumbai to arrange meetings with directors or key decision- makers.
  • Submit prospective meeting details for approval, including:
    a. Name of the firm b. Name and contact number of the director to meet c. Detailed address d. Google Map location link e. Website (if available)
  • Confirm and schedule meetings, notifying via email in the prescribed format:
    a. Name of the firm b. Name and contact number of the director to meet c. Detailed address d. Google Map location link e. Website f. Proposed meeting date and time

2. Meeting Coordination:

  • Accompany the founder to meetings with builders (mandatory presence).
  • Target a minimum of 6 meetings with existing builders and 6 meetings with new builders per month

3. Reporting & Tracking:

  • Maintain records of meetings, expenses, and deal progress.
  • Inform the company of any extra expenses for transparency

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed Salary

    - 20,000 to 25,000/- per month (Freshers)

- 35,000 to 40,000/- per month (Min 1 year Experience)

  • Additional 10,000 per month will be provided as a travel incentive if the candidate successfully schedules a minimum of 10 meetings in a month.

2. Bonus Structure:

  • 2% of the order value as a bonus for the first project of a new client (after receiving advance payment).
  • 1% of the order value for the second project of the same client.
  • No bonus for the third project onwards.
  • Example: For a 1 crore project (first project), the bonus is 2,00,000. If 1,60,000 has already been paid for meetings and other expenses as salary till date, 40,000 will be paid as the net bonus after receipt of advance payment.
  • Meeting Bonus:

- 1 meeting a day = 0

- 2 meetings a day = 500 per meeting

- 3 meetings a day = 750 per meeting

- 3+ meetings a day = 1000 per meeting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation (preferably in real estate or construction).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with builders and directors.
  • Ability to travel weekly to Mumbai and manage logistics independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to track leads, meetings, and expenses.
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic tools (e.g., Google Maps, MS Office).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset to achieve a minimum of 12 meetings/month (6 existing + 6 new builders).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
