About the Role

We are setting up a new Bakery Ingredients Division (food chemicals for breads, cakes, muffins, cookies, food colours, etc.) and are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to lead sales & marketing initiatives.

The role requires direct interaction with bakeries, hotels, resorts, cafés, and industrial bakers to promote and expand our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and market food ingredient products to bakeries and related industries.
• Develop new customer accounts and manage relationships with existing clients.
• Arrange product trials/testing at customer sites and follow up to convert into orders.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Prepare and submit offers/quotations to customers.
• Ensure order execution, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Travel as required for client visits and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Marketing (preferred).
• 6–15 years of proven sales & marketing experience in food ingredients / bakery products / food chemicals.
• Strong network with bakeries, hotels, and food manufacturing companies.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (mandatory).
• Based in Mumbai and willing to travel extensively.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and well-organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,931.68 - ₹34,991.28 per month
