Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Generate leads for Industrial Structures, Commercial Structures, Residential Structures, Pre-engineered Buildings (PEBs)/ Warehouses
Identify and approach developers, industrial clients, EPC contractors, and architects
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the technical/design team
Collect market intelligence on upcoming projects and developments
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and presentations

Preferred candidate profile

Field-oriented role; frequent travel involved
Candidates should be self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Educational background in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred
MBA (Marketing / Business Development) is an added advantage
Basic understanding of industrial/ commercial/ residential structures such as buildings, warehouses
Willingness to be on the field and meet clients regularly
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
