Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve hospital business targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
Plan and organize community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness drives.
Coordinate promotional activities such as CMEs, workshops, health talks, and public events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to management.
Handle digital marketing initiatives, website updates, social media, and online campaigns.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and advertisements.
Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure consistent branding and communication.
Maintain reports on marketing activities, leads, referrals, and conversion rates.
Liaise with media agencies and vendors for advertising and PR requirements.
Support CSR programs and hospital brand-building initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
2–8 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (depending on position level).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for marketing and outreach activities.
