* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for cascade kits and CNG industrial cylinders.
* Identify new market opportunities across industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
* Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
* Drive domestic and export sales in line with company objectives.
* Coordinate with the production and R&D teams to tailor solutions based on customer feedback and market needs.
* Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and budgets.
* Lead the sales team by mentoring, training, and setting performance targets.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, expos, and technical seminars.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the company ahead of trends.
