Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Soch Et Lattes caf and community events.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Design and create promotional materials using tools like Canva or similar.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for events and promotions.
Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Assist in maintaining the brands visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
Track and report basic marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, footfall).
Stay updated on current marketing trends and suggest creative ideas for growth.

Preferred candidate profile

1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.
Passion for community building, cafs, and creative marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a small team environment.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working flexible hours during events or campaigns.
