About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth through direct marketing and on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing clients/customers.
• Promote and demonstrate company products/services effectively.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales or business opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support marketing strategies.
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and feedback.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field marketing/sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.
• Valid 2 Wheeler driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
