Marketing & Event Manager

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing real estate events, community engagements, and brand marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation. You will plan and execute real estate marketing events including open houses, launch events, broker tours, community activations, and industry trade shows. Additionally, you will develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, coordinating with design teams to produce event collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials. Overseeing the creation and distribution of branded marketing content across online and offline channels will also be part of your role. Maintaining and growing a calendar of marketing events aligned with sales cycles and company goals will be crucial. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, events, and communications, as well as support social media and digital marketing efforts with event-based content. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or brand management, preferably within real estate or a related industry. Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and CRM platforms is required. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and being a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building are also key qualifications.
