We are creating Intelligent Learning Infrastructure (ILI) an AI-powered transformation layer that changes how faculty teach and how students learn, chapter by chapter, class by class. We're a challenger brand redefining Higher Education. And now, we need someone bold enough to tell this story to the world.

Marketing & Engagement Lead

  • Think like a marketer, not just a digital marketer.

    (What to say, not just which tool to use.)
  • Create daily relevance.

    Posts, short-form videos, narratives that cut through the noise.
  • Engage with our audience.

    Build trust with faculty, colleges, and industry leaders.
  • Shape Edwiselys voice.

    Category-defining, contrarian, and unapologetically bold.

What Youll Do:

  • Build and own a

    weekly content calendar

    across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Write

    engaging copy

    (with ChatGPT as your co-pilot, not your crutch).
  • Ideate and produce

    short-form videos

    (cutting founder talks, events, product demos).
  • Run

    faculty and college success stories

    that showcase real impact.
  • Spark and manage

    audience engagement

    (comments, DMs, reshares).
  • Track, learn, and adapt based on engagement metrics no vanity numbers.
  • Work directly with the founders to

    position Edwisely as Beyond LMS

  • Can edit a 30-sec video reel as easily as draft a 300-word thought-leadership post.

Requirements

  • 1- 4 years in Marketing/Content/Social roles.
  • Strong portfolio of social media posts, blogs, or videos.
  • Hands-on with Canva/Figma and short-form video editing tools.
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to speed execution.
  • Excellent written English; crisp, witty copywriting.
