Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Effectiveness Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end data and insight flow that powers Business Drivers Modelling. Your role will involve coordinating with markets, Data Ops, and the modelling partner to deliver high-quality inputs, translate model outputs into clear insights, and support marketing investment decisions. You will play a crucial role in driving smarter marketing strategies and achieving growth potential. Key Responsibilities: - Data orchestration & quality: Partner with Data Ops to extract, validate, and deliver required datasets to the modelling partner, ensuring Data Quality standards are met. Maintain data dictionaries, resolve gaps, anomalies, and late submissions. - Market coordination & governance: Coordinate with markets to validate inputs, secure sign-off on datasets, standardize templates, and drive adherence to data readiness checkpoints. - Partner/agency collaboration: Serve as the day-to-day contact for the modelling partner, track requests/issues, and triage with stakeholders as needed. - Insight generation & storytelling: Convert model outputs into decision-ready insights, build concise summaries, and support ME leads during readouts. - Stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to surface questions, align on hypotheses, and prioritize analysis. - Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data pipelines, documentation, DQ checks, and champion best practices in measurement. Qualification Required: - 7+ years in analytics/marketing effectiveness or related data roles. - Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or similar field (Masters a plus). - Hands-on experience coordinating data for modelling and translating model outputs into business recommendations.
