Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for:

Social media posts (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
Digital ads (Google Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Emailers, landing pages, and website banners
Print ads, brochures, and other offline collateral

Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and content teams to develop creatives with high impact and brand consistency
Optimize copy for clarity, conversion, tone
Translate complex messages into consumer-friendly language
Use performance feedback and data insights to refine copy
Support basic visual execution using Canva for simple creatives or first drafts
Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

4- 6 years of relevant copywriting experience in marketing or advertising
Strong portfolio showcasing copy for social, digital ads, and print
Familiarity with different platform tones and character limits (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in Canva for quick-turnaround design needs
Excellent written English skills grammar, brevity, creativity
Ability to multitask, take feedback positively, and work in a deadline-driven environment
Experience in writing for healthcare, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of A/B testing ad copy and using insights to iterate
Exposure to brand building and campaign messaging
