Require Senior Marketing Consultant with experience in Marketing/Customer Relations/Sales/Digital Marketing for our Kottayam villa project

Mulberry homes, is the infrastructure development team, slowly spreading its wings over the entire state of Kerala. We are an established Builder firm, run by a Professional team of Engineers. Our range of services includes Villas & Apartments construction, Engineering Consulting services mainly Structural Engineering consulting, Builder unit, Interior Design and execution, etc.

Presently we are looking for ambitious Marketing Consultants to develop a career with us at our Mulberry homes - Casabella villa site (A gated community villas) at Chungam, Kottayam . We provide the career development opportunities for the person with the right attitude and a flair for customer service.

Job Summary
Senior Marketing Consultant to execute all marketing activities for our villa project, Mulberry homes - Casabella, Chungam, Kottayam

We provide product training for the right candidate

Duties:

- Follow up on enquirers from Digital Marketing and References

- Close genuine sales leads

- Maintain an excellent relationship with existing clients

- Develop innovative marketing schemes

- Provide good customer services

- Prepare sale agreements/ deeds

- Maintain the company customer database

Requirement:

- Female graduates with min 2-3 years experience

- Good communication skills especially telephone skills

- Good working knowledge of word, excel, internet etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
