Marketing Coordinator intern

As a Marketing Assistant at Walter P Moore, you will be supporting the Structures Group Marketing Coordinator team in various activities such as qualifications and proposal support, marketing collateral development, project data gathering, and market research. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Marketing Coordinator team in completing proposals under tight deadlines by efficiently assembling relevant materials, providing administrative support through data entry and report processing, and updating process documentation. You will be responsible for gathering information about Structures Group projects to aid in creating marketing collateral, preparing presentations and proposals, and tracking the progress of assigned projects and tasks. Your role will also involve collaborating with a variety of individuals within the organization as a team player, demonstrating superior customer focus, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. While previous experience in marketing and business development tasks is a plus, candidates with some college coursework and equivalent experience will also be considered. You should have excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
