1. Present O\&M Work to Clients
Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance (O&M) work presentations to clients, clearly outlining scope, services, and value offered.
2. Quote Preparation and Scope Definition
Share detailed quotations with clients, clearly defining the scope of work and responsibilities for both parties.
3. Renewal Coordination
Track and coordinate deadlines for service/contract renewals.
Issue renewal offers reflecting current wage structures and relevant cost updates.
4. Tender Participation
Attend and respond to private tenders as per RFQ requirements.
Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
5. Agreement Drafting
Draft, review, and finalize service agreements in line with client negotiations, company standards, and legal compliance.
6. Client Follow-Up on Documentation
Follow up with clients on renewal purchase orders, addendums, and same-price extension approvals.
Ensure timely processing and documentation of all contract changes or extensions.
