Job Title: Direct & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Direct & Digital Marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage and execute our marketing campaigns. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing online and offline marketing strategies to build brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. Visiting Colleges and collecting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute direct marketing activities (email campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp, events, etc.)

Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and Google Ads.

Create engaging content for social media, website, and digital channels.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports.

Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies.

Build and maintain strong brand presence both online and offline.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

0-2 years of proven experience in direct and digital marketing.

Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.

Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
