As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at City Centre Mall, Sambalpur, you will be responsible for managing event marketing and social media activities for the mall. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assisting in planning and executing mall events such as seasonal promotions and store openings. - Spearheading lead-generation efforts for retail tenants through outreach and presentations. - Developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. - Creating compelling content and visuals to promote mall events and tenant offers. - Analyzing data from events and social media campaigns to derive insights and recommendations. - Collaborating with the marketing team on innovative strategies to enhance mall visibility and engagement. To succeed in this position, you should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva would be advantageous. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. You should be available to work in the office for 2-3 days per week, with flexibility during events and promotions.
