Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Aparna NEO Mall. As a fresh graduate or entry-level marketing professional, you will assist in executing various marketing campaigns, promoting mall events, and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in organizing and executing in-mall events, festive décor, and seasonal promotions. Oversee ongoing events, installations, and festive décor to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the execution and coordination of events, festive décor, and promotional activities within the mall premises.
• Share event updates, promotional material, and campaign details with mall retailers; collect feedback and participation confirmations.
• Coordinate with digital teams by capturing photos/videos of mall activities and maintaining a content bank.
• Identify cross-promotional opportunities with retailers and assist in implementing joint marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports detailing marketing and event performance for internal review meetings.
• Maintain archives of past events, participation records, and performance metrics.
• Help monitor and report competitor malls' marketing activities and campaigns.
• Scheduled and conducted client ( External & Internal) meetings for potential collaborations.
• Explored outreach tie-ups with relevant brands/societies/schools/colleges etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
