Marketing & Community Interns - AHA!

Location

When

Turn after-school into after-wow

What youll do (hands-on, not coffee runs)

• Vendor/coach pipeline/support: source, screen, onboard; schedule slots; coordinate basics (space, timing, safety)
• Curate & expand the calendar

  :

  plan Trial Week, showcases, micro-events, pop-ups, PTA/booth presence
• Hyperlocal outreach: societies, cafs, clubs, nearby schools, manage flyers, kiosks
• Create buzz: shoot quick IG Reels/stories, collect parent/kid/vendor testimonials, post consistently
• On-ground engagement: greet parents, run trials, collect feedback, build waitlists and interest groups
• WhatsApp CRM: broadcasts, labels, drip nudges, fast replies (no spam, smart community care)
• Track simple metrics: leads trials attendance, class utilisation, feedback/NPS in Google Sheets

What you’ll get

• Zero-to-one experience

  :

  identify demand, design class ideas, map calendars, set basic pricing/slots, and plan launches at the Hub.
• Product thinking

  :

  turn parent/kid feedback into class tweaks, new workshop ideas, and “pilot scale” decisions.
• Growth fundamentals: Real event ops + community experience (start, ship, learn every week)

Mentorship from the AHA! team; certificate / LOR + chance at a PPO into a full-time role

You’ll vibe if you

• Are a final-year student who loves events, people, and creating content
• Can shoot/edit quick videos (CapCut/Canva ok)
• Are organised, bias-to-action, strong parent & vendor handling, friendly, and show up on weekends with a smile
• Can speak/write clearly (English + Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati is a plus)
• Care about safe, inclusive spaces for kids (child-safeguarding compliant)
