Job Description

You are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at CYRIX Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our unique MedTech Services, medical technologies, Training Academy, and employee engagement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling content, managing both digital and traditional marketing efforts, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with company guidelines, industry regulations, and technical accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing communication plans to showcase CYRIX Healthcare's comprehensive solutions for customer engagement. - Create content for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, videos, white papers, and case studies. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of messaging. - Manage social media strategies to engage with healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders effectively. - Plan and execute product launches, webinars, trade shows, and industry events. - Strategize, design, and execute customer events, participate in industry and corporate events, and represent CYRIX Healthcare. - Generate leads and manage public relations efforts including press releases and media outreach. - Develop educational materials and thought leadership content like blogs, webinars, and white papers. - Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies. - Work with sales teams to create marketing collateral that supports lead generation and conversion. - Design and implement employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR teams. - Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and internal teams to promote services and health education. - Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets for PR and advertising efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the medical technology, healthcare, or biotech industry. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex medical and technical concepts into engaging content. - Experience or working knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and guidelines is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment. - Proficiency in graphic design, video editing (Adobe suite), or CRM software is a bonus. - Attention to detail and the ability to balance technical accuracy with marketing creativity.,
