The Role :

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and executing integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with creative, design, content, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Manage social media updates, lead campaigns, and performance tracking
• Prepare campaign reports, MIS, and insights for management review
• Liaise with external vendors for events, site branding, print collaterals, and promotions
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and documentation
• Support lead generation activities, site visits, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure all communication and creatives follow brand guidelines
• Analyse campaign data and suggest optimisation strategies for better performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
