Job Overview

San Lak Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented City Circle Managers to manage city-level operations, lead field teams, drive business growth, and ensure smooth and timely service delivery across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily city operations and field activities
• Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve targets
• Coordinate between management, clients, and field staff
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
• Drive sales growth and expand service coverage within the city
• Ensure timely execution of operational plans and reports
• Handle issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in operations, sales, or team management
• Education: Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
• Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good coordination and communication abilities
• Field management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
