 Market Penetration: visit corporate clients (Manufacturing, Medical, Hospitality and Tech Parks) to market our component-level repair and project services.  New Customer Acquisition: Consistently generate leads and convert them into high- value, long-term repair customers and secure new project opportunities.  Field Strategy: Be fully self-driven in developing field marketing plans and prioritizing client visits to maximize growth.  Team & Logistics Management: Build and manage a small team responsible for the efficient pickup and drop-off of repair items, ensuring proactive customer service.  Performance & Reporting: Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, maintaining clear reporting on all market activities.
