Marketing Automation - Team Manager

As a Marketing Automation Team Lead at Gallagher, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the India team in Lead Management, Email, Platform, Campaign Operations, and Project Management, with a strong focus on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your role will involve managing and enhancing the team's expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with the US-based team, and ensuring alignment in team performance and skills. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize custom processes, features, and capabilities. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 members, providing ongoing support and training. - Oversee the lead evaluation process to ensure efficient qualification and distribution of marketing leads. - Collaborate with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and devise effective solutions. - Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members adhere to Key Result Areas (KRAs) and adjust roles as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership. - Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications. - Knowledge of Salesforce.com. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience and knowledge of Adobe Workfront. - Understanding of agile development processes. Experience Required: - Team Lead Job band in India. - Suggested experience: 8 - 10 years in the industry, minimum 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with 2 years in a lead position.
