Marketing Automation - MBA Freshers

You will be responsible for implementing marketing automation strategies using Salesforce and HubSpot. This includes gaining hands-on experience in CRM integration and campaign management, supporting in tracking, analyzing, and improving campaign performance, and collaborating with US-based clients, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will need to adapt to night shift schedules and work flexibly with global teams. A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take ownership of tasks are essential for this role. As a desired candidate, you should be a recent graduate or pursuing a degree with a keen interest in digital marketing and automation tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with flexibility, activeness, quick learning abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. You must also be open to working night shifts for client interaction.
