Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and wellness programs.
  
• Manage social media accounts, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
  
• Develop engaging content for blogs, email newsletters, and patient education materials.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, doctors, and external agencies for marketing activities.
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and improvement plans.
  
• Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and other outreach initiatives.

Public Relations (PRO) Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  point of contact

  between the hospital and external stakeholders (patients, media, corporate clients, government agencies, etc.).
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure excellent service experience.
  
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public announcements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
  
• Coordinate hospital tie-ups, MoUs, and community engagement programs.
  
• Support internal communication and staff awareness initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or PRO roles (hospital experience preferred).
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, management, and staff.
